The depth of psychotherapy, momentum of coaching, and transformation of Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing
I offer a powerful blend of Therapeutic Coaching and EMDR.

Sessions are 60 to 75 minutes and are offered at £80.00 per session.

For lasting change a minimum of 10-12 sessions is required. These can be fortnightly or weekly.

After many years working deeply with trauma I’ve embraced using EMDR in an innovative way that might surprise you—it’s not just for complex trauma. It’s for anyone ready to release what no longer serves them and create lasting change. EMDR doesn’t just talk about distressing experiences —it unlocks the brain’s natural capacity to heal, without needing to retell the story over and over, it rewires how the brain and nervous system holds it.
In my practice, EMDR has done what years of traditional talk therapy could not and much more quickly!

This IS for you if this sounds like you
-
You’re often feeling anxious, overwhelmed, worried, or caught in cycles of self-doubt.
-
You’ve experienced trauma and now feel ready to do the work—not in crisis, and no longer needing slower-paced stabilisation.
-
You’ve tried therapy or CBT before, and while it offered insight, it didn’t fully help you overcome the challenges you face in daily life.
-
You feel stuck and aren’t sure how to change it. Perhaps there’s a thought or feeling that nags at you, keeping you from living the life you’ve imagined.
-
You often feel at the mercy of what’s happening inside your head—leading to frustration and self-anger. You’re overwhelmed and burnt out from the exhausting mental battles and pressures of your life.
-
You’re facing difficulties in your relationships or noticing repeating patterns and want to break free.
-
You know you’re capable of more, yet something invisible is holding you back.
-
On the outside, your life looks good, and things seem mostly okay—but deep down, something still doesn’t feel quite right.
-
You feel scared to explore what’s inside yourself, hoping the fear and stuckness will simply fade away someday.
-
You struggle with feelings of being an imposter, constantly worrying about being “found out” by your boss or others, yet feel unable to share this with friends because you fear they won’t understand.
-
To avoid facing these feelings, you distract yourself—through work, exercise, shopping, or endless scrolling on social media.

If this does sound like you, this work might be exactly what you need to finally move forward.

(Please note - Therapeutic Coaching isn’t for those dealing with intense or complex trauma —where safety, stabilisation, and a slower pace are essential).
